TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Repairs or Replacements:
Replacement Plans cover reimbursement for your product in the event the product suffers a breakdown or other product malfunctions caused by defects in workmanship and/or material, and normal wear and tear. We will repair or replace the product or we will reimburse you for
replacement of the product with a credit to your Icedoutgear.com account, at our discretion, for the original purchase price of your product, excluding taxes, and shipping & handling charges as indicated on your receipt.
- Jewelry: For jewelry, normal wear and tear includes: cracks, chips, dents, kinks, and breaks that affect the performance of the product.
- Watch: For watches, normal wear and tear includes: watch band, case, clasp, crown, inner movement and stern that affect the performance of the product. Where the failure is limited to a watchband or strap, we may elect to replace either the complete watch or the band, at our discretion.
- Repairs are unlimited, however at our discretion we will repair or replace the product or reimburse you with a credit to your Icedoutgear.com account for authorized repairs or replacement of the products for the original purchase price of your product as indicated
on your receipt excluding taxes.
- If an in-store voucher or credit is chosen by the company, you will receive your warranty fulfillment as an in-store credit.
- If the product is replaced (via a new product or Icedoutgear credit), then the contract is fulfilled and you may purchase a new plan on the replacement item.
- Filing a claim:
- For your convenience you may file your claim online at http://www.icedoutgear.com/warranty.php or call toll-free 866-44-BLING (M-F 8AM – 5PM PST)
- You will be responsible for shipping and/ or the cost of shipping the product to the service center for repair or replacement as well as the return shipping back to you from our facility. Please include a money order for $6.99 or you can pay by credit card via phone at 1 818 407 2968.
Important Note:You must keep the receipt for this product; it is an integral part of this Plan and you may be required to reference it to obtain service. You must call prior to having service or receiving a replacement; all repairs must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized
repairs may not be covered.
