3. How fast can I expect my order to arrive and how do you ship?

Most orders are in stock and will ship out within 48 business hours after you place your order. After it ships out you should receive it within 3-5 days. This is the fastest shipping comparing to any other hip hop jewelry and clothing site. We use UPS, Fed Ex and USPS to ship out packages depending on your location. All orders are insured against breakage and loss.

5. What is your refund and exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is VERY important to us! That is why we offer a 15 day 100% money back refund policy and a 30 day exchange policy. If you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with, you have a choice of returning it for an exchange / store credit or for a complete refund. If you choose to get a refund you have to send the product back within 15 days of your order. You will be refunded 100% of the product cost but we will not credit you the shipping charge (usually $7 - $12). NOTE: We will not accept returns on items that you broke or on customizable items (Pimp cups, Custom belt buckles, Grillz, Dog tags, earrings, ect ). Refunds will only be given if it's a manufacturer's defect and not a result of wear an tear, poor return packaging, or the item is returned in unsellable condition. All refund claims will be investigated.

6. I want to ship this package to a friend, how can I do that?

For your protection we will only ship to your billing address where you receive your credit card statement or bank statement. If you would like to have an order sent to a diffirent address you will need to pay through money order, check or cash. Click here for our mail order form.
