Q: Do these grillz need a mold?
A: All of our grillz require temporary mold that is included in every package
Q: Can I switch the grill from top to bottom?
A: While each grill can be used as a top or bottom piece, they can only be molded one time. So once you mold the grill, it becomes custom fit to your top or bottom row of teeth
Q: Can I eat or drink with the grillz in my mouth?
A: We always recommend that you take the grillz out of your mouth when eating or drinking. This is the best way to ensure that they always stay shiny and fresh.
Q: Will the grillz fit my teeth?
A: Our grillz are 1 size fits most. This means that there is always the rare occasion that they will not fit, however the grills are bendable and moldable so it is very rare that they will not fit.
Q: Can I return the grillz for a refund?
A: Our grillz are considered custom. While we do not accept returns on custom items for refund, we do accept them for exchange within 30 days of delivery
